The woman from Oceanside, New York has claimed the second prize of $1,000,000 for mega millions drawing held on 29th January, 2019.
This 44-year-old Carole Murphy was lucky enough to match the five main numbers with the winning numbers: 10-33-53-54-62. The mega ball 22 has remained unmatched.
With this latest winning, Murphy has become the Nassau Country’s latest lottery millionaire.
“It’s amazing,” Carole said of her million-dollar win. “You really do ‘gotta be in it to win it!”’
The big amount of $1 million is given as one-time lump sum payment. The lucky player will receive a net check of $671,800 after required withholdings.
“I plan to donate a portion of the winnings and take a vacation to Bora Bora,” winner said.
